Joybold User Agreement

Joybold devices means various models of electric bicycles and related accessories.
Services means the services performed by Seller, which may include software, application, support and among other things, update of software.
The Terms of Use as follows:
1.1. When you riding, you are solely responsible for your safe driving, wearing standard cycling equipment such as helmets, gloves, protective clothing, etc., complying with all laws and regulations and traffic rules in your area, and choose the right and safe routes according to your own judgment.
2.1. How to Connect Your Joybold Scooter？
Your Joybold Scooter can be bound via Bluetooth connection. The first time you bind it, you must verify your cell phone number and associate your phone number with this device.
If there are any security problems with your scooter, we will alert and notify you by SMS or phone call, and you can choose to turn off the notification on the Settings page.
After the device binding is completed, you can control the device through your Joybold App, including but not limited to "lock /unlock", "light on/off", "ride mode choice" and other functions.
2.2. Data Storage
Some of the related data when you use Joybold equipment and related services will be stored on remote cloud servers. This information may be used for cloud processing to improve our products and services. The stored data includes account information. , vehicle information, riding records, etc. For details, please refer to the privacy statement.
2.3. Sharing Functions
Joybold APP may have some sharing functions, and you can share your riding experience with other users through Routebook or Ride sharing.
2.4. Application Download
This software only provides application support for users who have purchased Joybold related devices, and you can only use the software on Joybold devices. If you have not purchased Joybold devices, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all the data in the software.
3.1. If the normal operation of relevant services is affected due to force majeure reasons such as technical failures and server down, we will deal with and solve the problems as soon as they appear, and we will not be responsible for all losses incurred by users in the process.
3.2. We are not responsible for your inability to use some or all of the services of Joybold equipment due to communication failures, technical problems, network, and computer failures, system instability, and other force majeure reasons caused by third parties such as telecommunications departments.
3.3. The information and materials regarding Joybold in our software or websites or user manuals may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or validity of such information and materials, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in our sole discretion. We may make any other changes to the Software or to the materials, products, programs, services or prices (if any) described on the Website or in the user manual at any time. When using Joybold equipment and services, we are not responsible for any damage caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
3.4. We are not responsible for all losses during riding due to not wearing standard cycling equipment or failing to comply with your area's laws, regulations, and traffic rules (including but not limited to: speeding, wrong-way driving, and multi-person driving).
4.1. Changes to this User Agreement
We reserve the right to update the terms of this Agreement from time to time. You can check the latest version of the terms of the Agreement at any time through the App, and if you continue to use the Joybold device and related services after the terms of this Agreement are changed and take effect, it means that you have accepted the new terms of the Agreement.
4.2. Termination of Agreement
If you do not comply with or agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when using Joybold related services and software, you should stop using, cancel and uninstall the "Joybold" App, and we have the right to immediately refuse or terminate some or all of the services we provide to you (including terminating or restricting your access to your account), and if we take measures to restrict or terminate your account use, we will notify you in accordance with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
4.3. Privacy Policy
Protecting users' personal information and privacy is a basic principle that Joybold must abide by, Joybold will strictly protect the security of your personal information, and the user privacy protection policy is detailed in Joybold's "Privacy Policy".
